This Cookie Policy explains how Fyxo Limited uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies on www.fyxo.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use comparable technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) and refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy for brevity.
2. What we use
FYXO uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not run advertising trackers, social-media trackers, third-party analytics, or cross-site profiling.

3. What we do NOT use
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any advertising tag
- No cross-site tracking
- No third-party analytics
- No marketing cookies of any kind
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, no consent is required for them under the ePrivacy Directive / PECR. We still display a brief notice so you know what is happening.
4. Future analytics
If we add any analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting provider that does not require consent (e.g. server-side aggregation with no cookies and no personal identifiers), or we will request your consent before activating it, and update this policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing payment.
